From the Front Desk module:
- Select New Appointment.
Enter all the required appointment information and Select the Add Extra Timeslot checkbox. Note: The checkbox appears after the Provider Workplace has been selected.
- Enter the appropriate appointment time, AM or PM, Date and appointment Duration.
If the time you have entered is outside working hours, a warning appears: You are making this appointment outside of the selected clinic’s working hours.
- Complete all other necessary appointment information and click Save.
To check your work:
4. Select View Calendar.
- Scroll down to see the after hours appointment you created.
