Deleted items can be restored in a few simple steps.
- From the patient's Patient Dashboard, open the right side menu and select Medical Record > Documents. From here click the 'Filter' icon (see screenshot).
2. Then check the "Deleted" checkbox and click 'Apply.' You will now see all deleted documents in RED.
3. Click on the document you want to restore, then click on its RED trash bin icon. Do this to each deleted document until you've restored everything. The documents will be available again in the patient's documents.
