How to Create a New Document Skeleton
From the Document Skeleton dashboard, click the 'New' button. This will open a popup window called 'Create Document Skeleton' where a name for the document skeleton must be made. Type the name of the Document Skeleton you want to create, then click 'Save.' This will open the Edit Document Skeleton page, where you can begin to build your new document skeleton.
It is important to include as many details as possible in the name of your document skeleton so that it is easy to identify its contents at a glance. For example, you may want to include any billing codes or medications/dosages that are present in the documentation in the DS Name. Note: the document skeleton can be renamed later at any time.
How to Edit a Document Skeleton
After using your filters to narrow down the Document Skeletons displayed, simply click on the document you want to edit.
This will open an Edit Document Skeleton page where adjustments to the document can be made.
Once all edits are complete, navigate back to the 'Edit Template' tab, and click 'Save.' To close Edit Document Skeleton page and return to the Document Skeleton page click 'Cancel.'
